- Gilroy Suite has a sitting room with antique fireplace and gas fire, a mini-bar, TV / video and CD; the bedroom has a canopied king size bed and the marble tiled bathroom has a whirlpool bath and overhead power shower.
- The Turret Four-Poster Room (room 5) is one of the original rooms of the main house with a raised seating area overlooking the gardens.
- Facilities include 2 TVs, video, CD and mini-bar; a luxurious bathroom has a double-ended whirlpool bath and a separate power shower.
- 2 roomy Family Suites, including room 8 with its pale carpeting and green / yellow tones, and adjoining twin room if required, which offer flexible accommodation.
- Room 14, a standard and spacious twin, also has access to the balcony and its garden views.
- Room 24 is one of the new, lighter style rooms - pale beige and blue colours are used rather effectively.
- Room 11 is a twin / double Turret Suite and comes with a very pleasing balcony.
- Kinness Lodge:Spacious, private accommodation for families or groups of friends (such as a golfing party) is offered by the hotel's separate cottage located in the garden. The Lodge sleeps up to 8 people and offers comfortable accommodation with fully fitted kitchen
- Burnside (East) Lodge 4 double / twin bedrooms, en suite shower rooms, large comfortable lounge with views over the garden. Family accommodation. 2 bedrooms, bathroom ,shower, open-plan lounge / dining room / well equipped kitchen with light oak laminate floor. Views over the surrounding fields.
- The lodges are accessed by a short driveway leading from Rufflets main entrance and car park, providing security and privacy.
- Car parking king for 3 cars at Kinness Lodge and two at Burnside.
- Both units non-smoking areas. Pets are permitted with managers permission
- Rufflets Lodge is a self contained and secluded house set in the south garden. The lodge contains the Garden Suite plus a Family Suite with 2 rooms. The Garden Suite has a spacious sitting room overlooking the formal gardens with mini-bar, TV and CD.
- The bedroom takes advantage of the views over the lower garden and fields beyond;
- Marble bathroom has a big bath and separate power shower.
- Private garden.
- The lodge could be ideal for corporate use and is only a short stroll from the main hotel.
- The Gate House has 3 ground floor rooms including 1 executive single.

- The hotel offers 2 dining areas:
- Garden Restaurant for fine dining,
- Music Room Brasserie & Bar, with antique oak fireplace, where light lunches are served Monday to Saturday between 12.30 and 2pm.
- Sundays buffet brunch between noon and 2.30pm.
- Garden Restaurant offers an enjoyable ambience: The cuisine is inspired by the excellent fresh fish from the local East Neuk of Fife markets, Scotch beef, locally-bred lamb and game, complemented by fresh fruit and vegetables from the kitchen garden.
